Committee: RAL Representatives Council Role: Chair Description: The RAL Representatives Council was established in 2018 to help RAL management create and implement initiatives that were put forward in the RAL Culture Survey Goals and Implementation Plan. Comprised of volunteers that represent a diverse cross section of RAL staff, the Council aims to address ways to improve RAL workplace culture and address any other issues that staff feel are important. The Council aims to represent RAL staff by providing a collective voice for RAL staff ideas and feedback in management decisions and/or actions.
