Triple LiDAR Event Data Captured During Fall Campaign (LID-UOU-UND-ARL-TR)

Dataset

Description

This data set includes data from three lidars operated by Army Research Lab, University of Utah, and University of Notre Dame captured on 2012 October 7 for the purpose of data syncronization during the Mountain Terrain Atmospheric Modeling and Observations (MATERHORN-X) project. Data is raw and has not undergone quality control. University of Utah and University of Notre Dame use the Halo Photonics Streamline Scanning Doppler LiDAR; data is in ASCII tab separated files and will have different extensions depending on the scanning strategy used. The Army Research Lab Leosphere 100S LiDAR data consists of zip files for each grouping of scans and includes ASCII tab separated data files ending in .rtd as well as .jpg scan images and two .ini files that specify configuration data. The time stamps are based off of UTC time for all the instruments for the MATERHORN-X data, unless it was stated otherwise. For more information please refer to the included README file.
