Description of Work
The AIM, ESPP, and SEAL Working Groups were formed in March of 2023 to identify organizational priorities, generate bold scientific ideas, reenvision software development, and define pathways for interoperability of NSF NCAR’s models and tools. As lead authors, you provided leadership in drafting, refining, finalizing, and presenting your respective Working Group recommendations to the Executive Committee. These contributions were invaluable in the development of the Earth System Predictability Across Timescales initiative, the 2025-2029 NSF NCAR Strategic Plan, and informing the Community Software Facility concept.
