Abstract

The framework, data workflow and modules of spatial and temporal analysis system of SARS are introduced, the modules, which include query and display of databases, analysis of spatial and temporal situation, dynamic regionalization of spatial risk zone, prediction of spatial and temporal transmission trend, and spatial transmission mechanism and parameter of epidemic, are integrated in a system running independently based on MapObjects. The system implements query and display of SARS spatial and temporal data, and uses spatial and temporal analysis models to analyze, simulate and predict spatial and temporal transmission process of SARS from different points of view.
