Abstract

A new system of quality control is developed to estimate the error in the observations and to give improved weather predictions. This system uses high resolution, complete dynamics, and sophisticated physics for data analysis. The Quality Control procedure checks the validity and consistency of observations and error tolerance level to ensure an accurate result. It gives a better forecast of the surface humidity, temperature, wind direction and wind speed.
