Abstract
Using the CLEO detector we have observed the Cabibbo-suppressed decays D0K0K0, K+K. We determine B(D0K0K0)= (0.13-0.05-0.02+0.07+0.02)%. Our measurement B(D0K+K-)/B(D0)=2.350.370.28 represents asubstantial improvement over previous results. We find no evidence for the decay D00, and place a 90%-confidence-level upper limit of B(D000)<0.46%.
